Required Qualifications

• Advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Repair Development. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate site installation works with in-house supervisor and foremen to ensure the project schedule is met
• Attending site coordinate meetings with main-con, consultants and other contractors
• Hands-on and technical assistance for ACMV system installation and troubleshooting on site
• Prepare material requisition for all ACMV equipment and materials
• Prepare work programme for ACMV works with material delivery and installation activities in accordance with the project programme
• Analyse, manage and track project costs against budget
• Carry out testing and commissioning, combined services testing for TOP/CSC
• Handover of completed work activities with as built drawings and O&MM to respective authorities or clients to in timely manner and delivery with desired quality standards
• Participate in in-house engineering design works of ACMV system, including detailed design, heat load calculation, shop drawings, hydraulic calculation, duct/pipe sizing, equipment selection, etc
• Review 3D BIM model and ensure correct the installation details, compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Participate in liaison with ACMV suppliers for quotation, carry out equipment selection, technical and commercial evaluation
• Prepare material submittals for ACMV system to the Consultant for approval
• Coordinate with project schedule in organizing Purchase Order, arrange timely delivery of all ACMV equipment and materials
• Participate in tender preparation for new projects

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in building construction industry, preferable in handling ACMV works
• Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Experience and relevant knowledge in ACMV calculations including heat load, pump size, air flow rate, chilled water system performance, chiller sizing and configuration, fan sizing and more Project Management
• Tender Bidding and Project cost Analytical and Critical Thinking
• Proactive and willing to learn and take on new challenges
• QP/PE, Green Mark manager or other BCA/SCDF/PUB authority certification is an advantage

Education / Certificates

Requirements

What you will do

The successful candidate will apply process engineering knowledge to support technology transfer and ongoing cGMP production of commercial protein biologics processes. Scope of work could include:

• Applies expertise in the successful coordination of multiple, complex, non-routine activities including facility start up, process qualification through to regulatory approval, process performance monitoring, floor support, troubleshooting of unit operations and technology transfer of new processes.
• Must have strong knowledge and understanding of cell culture processes
• Compile and analyze process data using tools such as excel, minitab, JMP, SIMCA
• Verify data in technical reports, spreadsheets and regulatory filings
• Author technical protocols, technical assessments and product impact assessments
• Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills in technical writing and presentations
• Participate/lead in teams and collaborate cross-functionally with representatives from other functions and sites to transfer and support drug substance manufacturing processes
• Organize and conduct meetings. Actively creates, generates, and presents data/conclusions at internal and cross functional meetings

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Plant Equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) / Corrective Maintenance (CM) development and implementation.

2. Responsible for Daily PM/CM activities, drawing updates, vendor evaluations, equipment related matters, monitor for new tools & technology and etc.

3. Responsible for old/new technicians' training & development related to technical works.

4. Establish and monitor programs / Key Process Indicators (KPI) maintenance system for critical equipment analysis, and condition monitoring techniques, operating data and etc.

6. Responsible for ECR meeting, follow action items & process / Equipment Improvement.
