• Actively use the right tools to collect and observe data to ensure good coordination with team activities and communicates project status through technical reports.
• Co-ordinate and attend meetings with the Structural, Architectural, and other M&E contractor, sub-contractor, consultant, and client’s representatives to resolve project related problems and issues.
• Monitor project cost activity to take actions on cost deviation.
• Attend and conduct of Factory Testing and Site Testing and Commissioning of system
• Collect all necessary accurate data and share information pertaining to project issues, budgets, and schedules in project meetings.
• Prepare progress report and project handover report.
• Execute other assigned tasks as delegated by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 3 years of working experience in construction industry
• Knowledge for Mechanical, Pumping System, ACMV, CCTV, Electrical or Control System or SCADA system will be an added advantage
