• As part of the IS Strategy the Principal Engineering Architect coordinates the elaboration of the IS Strategy, in partnership with the Head of IT Division and the Head of division. You ensure its consistency with the global CMI and GMD IS Strategy and its execution within CMI – led by CMI Architecture Team.
• To reach this objective, you chair the Technical Community, composed of the Technical leaders of his IT Division. You will be contributing to CMI technical strategy definition as well as technical foundations. You identify your division’s technical needs and requirements, ensures they are addressed/covered by technical foundations (when relevant) and contributes to market watch / experimentations.
• You will be ensuring success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage to expected project outcomes in line with the program outcomes.

Qualifications and Profile

• At least 12+ years of experience in Information Technology arena with demonstrated experience around strategic planning, enterprise architecture preferably in banking & financial services, risk management and software engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines, incorporating efficient change and release management processes.
• Develop scripts and implement automation tools to build, integrate, and deploy software releases across development and production environments.
• Automate configuration management for development, quality assurance, and production workloads, as well as continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) processes.
• Design, build, optimise, and monitor automation systems to identify and resolve system bottlenecks and production issues, maximising service availability.
• Create automation frameworks for deploying, managing, and monitoring applications, including maintaining tools to enable application platform auto-scaling.
• Develop automated processes to help teams deploy, scale, manage, and monitor applications in both cloud and data centre environments.
• Implement configuration management systems to support business continuity and automate disaster recovery measures.
• Provision virtual machines, databases, application containers, and licenses for the development team.
• Conduct security checks such as infrastructure-level vulnerability assessments and open-source library scans.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in this role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
• Experience with high availability, high performance, high security, multi-data centre systems, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Proficiency in three or more programming or scripting languages, such as Bash or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with GCC (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, ranging from system resources to application stack traces.
• Comfortable working with Agile methodologies and collaborating closely with product development teams.
• Hands-on experience with one or more automated provisioning tools such as Vagrant, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, or cloud automation platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructures such as OpenStack, CloudStack, or vSphere.
• Expertise in RPM file deployment, management, and design.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, system backup, and restore processes.
• Experience with virtualization technologies like KVM, VMware, or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) tools and technologies, such as Prometheus, Helm, Argo, Istio, Gatekeeper, and Crossplane.
• Experience in application development within an enterprise environment.
  Proficiency with DevOps tools, including GitLab, JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence.

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring quality control in semiconductor manufacturing processes, managing engineering changes, resolving production issues, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control measures for semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production data to identify trends and initiate corrective actions to improve yield and reliability.
• Review and validate quality systems and specifications for new equipment and processes.
