General Overview

This position is part of the site Mechanical team that provides technical/maintenance support to the Operation and Project teams in LNG Terminal. He/she would be mainly responsible for overseeing the safe and reliable operations and maintenance of the Terminal assets from the Mechanical discipline perspective.

The incumbent is also responsible for establishing, reviewing and overseeing the relevant mechanical design elements of new build equipment / asset enhancement activities and implementation of minor mechanical engineering projects, while ensuring the overall mechanical integrity of the terminal.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Provide technical/maintenance support and solutions to the terminal operation Teams including supporting the development of maintenance strategy focusing on equipment reliability, compliance, spares inventory requirement, preventive and predictive maintenance programmes and mechanical maintenance procedures for mechanical equipment.
• Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning and replacement of mechanical static equipment and piping systems.
• Manages the in-house contractor and equipment vendor to execute mechanical work/improvements within the terminal to ensure safe work execution and gas supply reliability

• Manage and maintain historical information on static and rotating equipment such as running hours, data statistical information on all plant shut down and loss of production events caused by mechanical systems, engineering documents and review applicable codes and standards for compliance purpose

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance of plant equipment, rotating machinery and static equipment, preferably in oil/petrochemical or related industries
• Good knowledge and experience working on different types of in-service pipeline inspection. Knowledge of the LNG / natural gas or other hydrocarbon industries an advantage

WTT HEAD OF CREATIVE DESIGN

World Table Tennis (WTT) is a commercial entity created by the ITTF to grow the professionalisation of table tennis by running ITTF’s commercial and events business. Taking a new, innovative and entrepreneurial approach to how table tennis should manage its competition platform and positioning, WTT has been tasked with re-imagining a new professional event structure, re-energising the entertainment and fan experience, and re-defining the new era.

WTT is seeking a visionary and hands-on Head of Creative Design to lead and oversee all design output across the ITTF Group. This role will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of WTT, delivering world-class creative solutions that elevate the brand and inspire audiences worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and oversee the Creative Design Team, managing all design requests across WTT departments to ensure high-quality, timely outputs that align with the organization’s vision.
• Be hands-on with creative execution, developing branding elements and creating visual assets for WTT events, merchandise, activities, and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain effective workflows, mapping timelines for the Design Team while fostering clear communication with the wider WTT Team to manage expectations and priorities efficiently.
• Establish processes and guidelines for design briefs, setting timelines and requirements to ensure all requests are accompanied by accurate information, enabling the team to deliver their best work.
• Act as the custodian of WTT’s brand design, ensuring consistency, integrity, and excellence across all visual and print outputs for all stakeholders.
• Conceptualize and design impactful promotional and marketing materials, delivering campaigns that enhance WTT’s visibility, fan engagement, and commercial goals.
• Develop corporate presentation decks and assets, ensuring a strong visual narrative that effectively communicates WTT’s objectives to internal and external audiences.
• Design and produce printed materials,including brochures, annual reports, event programs, and other collateral, reflecting WTT’s brand identity and design excellence.
• Maintain standardization of WTT branding across all platforms, ensuring consistent application of visual guidelines across campaigns, digital assets, and event branding.
• Lead the design of logos, posters, banners, and event branding, creating standout visuals that captivate fans and stakeholders worldwide.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for printing and production, building strong relationships to ensure quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Provide creative leadership and strategic design solutions, driving initiatives that enhance WTT’s global positioning and visual storytelling.
• Support management with additional creative tasks, maintaining a solutions-focused approach aligned with organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

• Tertiary education in Graphic Design with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven project management and team leadership skills.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing previous works.
• Strong business acumen with active listening abilities.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Highly proficient in design software, including but not limited to Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of basic design theory, such as colour theory, typography, and application across print and digital platforms.
• A keen eye for detail while ensuring all designs are visually appealing.
• Meticulous with excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations as needed.

Desirable:

• Passion for sport and business.
• Ability to work in multiple languages, preferably South East Asian languages.

· Site project management.

- 3-5 years’ minimum experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million.

Able to design the electrical system in the construction projects.

Must ensure compliance in the electrical systems.

Able to do maintenance and test activities.

Able to solve the issues in the electrical projects in the construction projects.

Able to lead the team of workers and site supervisors.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly.
  Be a financial and operational systems champion.
• Suggest efforts to put in place cost-saving opportunities to maximize customer and financial savings targets.
  Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works and manage sub-contractor paperwork.
  Review processed invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding. Coordinate the billing application, calculating margins, raising invoices, and submitting to clients.
• Work closely with site teams and head office, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders.
• Review and approve maintenance billing invoices and projects as per contracted agreements. Ensure consistent delivery of core operational and financial outputs on the account.

Job Description:

• Conduct preventive, corrective maintenance & installation on monitoring systems, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal system functionality.
• Proficiently interprete engineers' 2D drawings provided by Design engineer, ensuring accurate assembly procedures.
• Execute hands-on machine assembly setups, demonstrate precision and attention to details throughout the process.
• Conduct panel wiring for product testing, ensuring functionality and adherence to specifications.
• Possess extensive knowledge in wiring AC/DC, relay systems and PLC, contributing to efficient and reliable system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for MEP Design, taking off BOQ, sourcing the quotation and prepare quotation.
• Lead the development and submission of high-quality M&E tenders, ensuring compliance with all client requirements and deadlines.
• Attend site visit for tender briefing.
• Interpretation of tender specifications, client requirement, drawings and any other relevant documents; not limited to Project Presentation, Schedule of Rates, Technical Data, Risk Assessment, Bill of Quantity and documents needed for Tender Submissions.
• Understand how to do MEP design to comply with Singapore Standard
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation
• Able to assist client for Value Engineering
• Conversant with Singapore building codes and regulations
• Demonstrate effective communication and consultative skills
• Strong in communication skills and a team player
• Provide guidance and support to project teams in the implementation of successful M&E practices.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the tender process.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Interior Fitting Out M&E Works
• Preferably have knowledge on how to prepare M&E technical design, technical write-up, prepare tender specifications and presentation slide for tender interviews
• MUST understand the process of tender preparation and submission
• MUST have experience in project costing and estimating
• MUST know BCA Green Mark Requirement
• Strong in Tender Presentation Skill
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism & integrity
• Well-versed in MS offices tools i.e. Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of M&E methodologies and best practices.
