About the Team
We are TikTok’s LIVE Gift Design Team, dedicated to bringing joy to millions of users and empowering creators to thrive. Through innovative designs—ranging from digital gifts and mini-games to playful IP characters—we transform live-streaming into interactive experiences that connect communities worldwide.

Responsibilities
1. Taking ownership of the creative concept, production, and launch of virtual gifts, primarily in the form of animations, for TikTok LIVE;
2. Analyze feedback from streamers and users on gift animations, using metrics like sales and retention to develop strategies that drive engagement and improve gift sales;
3. Research aesthetic preferences across different countries, leveraging cultural understanding to help the team achieve diverse styles and perspectives;
4. Bring creative ideas to the table by exploring valuable initiatives beyond virtual gift animations, including but not limited to short video production, physical collectibles, and special effects filters.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
1. 3+ years of experience in digital content strategy, visual media, production, or related fields;
2. Strong aesthetic sense and experience managing the full production process of media projects, from concept to launch (e.g., films, games, commercials);
3. Hands-on experience with LIVE streaming, either as a streamer or a user, with a passion for the LIVE industry;
4. Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
5. Proficiency with production tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Proven ability to independently manage full-scale video or media production;
2. Exceptional storytelling skills and an ability to connect with audiences through digital content;
3. Knowledge of physical product manufacturing, including production processes, materials, and cost management;
4. Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies and how they can enhance creative production;
5. Experience with research methodologies, data analysis, and interpreting user feedback to generate actionable insights;
6. Understanding of the virtual goods, digital products, or gaming industries.
