About the Role:

• Oversee the Fire Protection System on site.
• Always ensuring the Fire Protection System in fully operation.
• Ensuring periodical maintenance are carried out as per schedule plan.
• Overseeing reactive maintenance (RM) cases and drive towards RM reduction through preventive/predictive maintenance regime.
• Preparing presentation to management to seek approval for Life Cycle Projects.

• Weekly reporting to management.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management.
• Technical competent in Fire Protection System, and all facility related equipment/ control system.
• Possess very good problem-solving skills.
• Good leader, team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to works under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge in project management and planning.

Responsibilities:

• Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets, quality, productivity, and yield.
• Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate any line issues.
• Manage manpower, overtime, and consumables planning.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (permanent day or night, as assigned).

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the HOD and manager in achieving service goals, targets, and department KPIs.
