• Software and Hardware Support - Install, configure, and maintain software applications on end-users' computers and mobile devices. Address printing-related issues, including troubleshooting printer connectivity problems. Possess knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting. • Audio and Visual System Setup - Assist in setting up audio and visual systems for meetings and presentations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to audio and visual systems.
• In-House Application Support - Assist users with issues related to in-house applications. Collaborate with developers or relevant teams to address and resolve application-related problems. Provide user guidance and support for in-house application usage.
