• Analyze, plan, coordinate, and implement change requests for both existing and new network equipment, working with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
• Assess, plan, remediate, and provide evidence for audit findings from both internal and external audits within required timelines.
• Proactively monitor bandwidth utilization and thresholds across network equipment, identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Administer daily operations of firewalls (Fortigate, Checkpoint, Cisco FTD, Palo Alto), monitor firewall rules, and review IPS logs regularly.
• Maintain and update network documentation, including wired and wireless configurations, vendor lists, escalation matrices, and disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain updated vendor contacts and supervise third-party contractors for on-site network tasks at data centers and remote sites.
• Perform troubleshooting for network cabling and wireless access points and coordinate follow-up work with maintenance contractors.
• Provide on-site technical support for Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, ensuring proper failover testing.
• Manage all WAN connections (local and overseas) and ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met by service providers.
• Manage the ClearPass System and handle daily operations for firewalls, switches, and load balancers, including Fortigate, Checkpoint, Cisco FTD, Palo Alto, Cisco IOS, Nexus switches, and F5 Load balancer.
• Manage network devices deployed in AWS Cloud, requiring strong AWS Cloud knowledge.
• Participate in various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration, with in-depth hands-on experience in Cisco routers, switches, Nexus, Meraki, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, ClearPass, F5 Load Balancer, and Aruba.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies and protocols (MPLS, IPv6, Multicast, L3VPN, BGP, OSPF, DNS).
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, and load balancers.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud networking and devices.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Helpdesk Support(（LV1）:Provide technical support to resolve issues faced by company employees with computers, software, and hardware.
   Respond quickly to and handle daily technical support requests via phone, email, or on-site assistance.
   Provide training and guidance to employees on operating systems, application software, and network usage.
   
2. Hardware Architecture & Management（LV1）:Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of all IT hardware equipment (such as computers, servers, printers, scanners, etc.) within the company.
   Regularly check the performance and health of hardware devices, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
   Assist in planning and designing the company's hardware infrastructure to ensure that hardware facilities align with company needs.
   
3. Data Center Installation & Operations（LV1）:Participate in the installation, configuration, and testing of data center facilities to ensure stable equipment operation.
   Monitor the data center environment (e.g., temperature, humidity, air conditioning, UPS power, etc.) to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
   Manage the daily maintenance of data center servers, storage devices, and network equipment, including hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement of faulty components.
   
4. Network Maintenance & Optimization（LV1）:Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company’s internal network, including configuration and management of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
   Monitor network performance and optimize the network architecture to improve network stability and security.
   Configure and manage the company's VPN (if applicable) and Wi-Fi networks, ensuring smooth connectivity for remote employees and mobile devices.
   
5. Account Management & Access Control（LV2）:Responsible for creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, and managing user permissions and access control.
   Configure and maintain enterprise email systems, file sharing systems, and internal system access permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
   Address technical issues related to user accounts, such as password resets, access requests, and permission issues.
   
6. Security Assurance（LV1）:Assist in implementing IT security policies to ensure the security of company data and information systems.
   Perform regular system and network vulnerability scans and promptly address security vulnerabilities.
   Monitor and respond to security incidents, taking appropriate measures to prevent data breaches and other security threats.
   
7. Documentation & Reporting（LV1）:Create and maintain IT-related operation manuals, troubleshooting documentation, and other technical documents.
   Regularly prepare system maintenance reports, network health check reports, and other technical support records and analyses.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills:Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems with experience in hardware installation and maintenance.
  Knowledge of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment configuration and maintenance.
  Familiarity with virtualization technologies, database management, and cloud service platforms.
  
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under pressure.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
