Requirement

- Degree in Civil or relevant Engineering

- 3-5 years’ minimum experience in Infra-structure project more than 200million.

• Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Developed software in at least one full Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience in writing Requirements Specification, Use Cases, Design Documentation, and designing software using object-oriented software design and UML modelling
• Good knowledge and experience in C++ on Embedded platforms (e.g. QNX, Vxworks, Embedded Linux).
• At least 4 years’ experience in object-oriented software development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

As a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly.
  Be a financial and operational systems champion.
• Suggest efforts to put in place cost-saving opportunities to maximize customer and financial savings targets.
