Role Overview:

The Design Intern will support the Marketing teams in developing engaging and visually appealing content for both digital and print media. The role is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for graphic design, branding, and storytelling in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and packaging designs to support product campaigns.
• Design engaging social media content (static posts, carousels, and simple animations).
• Develop visuals for online platforms like website banners, Shopee assets, and email newsletters.
• Assist in editing short videos for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure designs align with the company’s branding.
• Contribute creative ideas for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Design promotional visuals and materials for events, pop-ups, or influencer collaborations.

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Conduct research on industry trends in EDA technologies and back-end processes, and create a development roadmap for digital back-end EDA technologies based on business requirements.

2. Analyze business needs for the digital backend, abstract business models, design competitive solutions, and collaborate with software development personnel to implement the solutions using EDA or in-house technologies.

3. Develop the digital back-end design end-to-end operation platform and develop a competitive physical design methodology.

4. Cooperate with digital backend experts to develop the AI optimization process for PPAC optimization.

Requirements:

1. At least holding a Bachelor's degree with a major in computer science, mathematics, or AI.

2. 5+ years of experience in developing AI applications, with a strong understanding of AI techniques.

3. Experience developing machine learning and LLM.

4. Familiar with data structure, dynamic programming, multi-threading, distributed computing, and other heuristics algorithms.

5. Experience with C++ programming in a Linux environment. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Tcl/Python/Yaml.

6. Familiar with commercial EDA digital chip physical design tools and ASIC design flow; including static timing analysis, logic synthesis, P&R, optimization, CTS, Route, and other domains.

7. Familiar with algorithms and optimization methods such as layout design, layout floorplan and routing, statistical timing analysis, physical synthesis, power consumption analysis, and delay calculation.

8. Experience with front-end and back-end tools at advanced technology nodes, preferably with cutting-edge EDA tools.

Key Responsibilities

· Work collaboratively with digital marketing team mates and executives to craft innovative content for our clients.

· Edit a wide range of content in terms of videos and graphics: unscripted and scripted, using both original and archival footage (including branded content).

· Plan out storyboarding, and scripting to turn general concepts into highly watchable, sharable pieces.

· Identify exciting potential video/photo topics and arranging shoots

· Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials/postings

Job Requirements

• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
