The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department of National University of Singapore (NUS) is looking for applicants for research engineer positions to support 3D-IC package fault localisation and failure analysis (FA) techniques with ANSYS High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS). The applicant will work closely with our researchers to understand and derive insights from scientific experiments and data. Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, coordination and supervision of ACMV system. This position involves technical activities, independent thinking and problem-solving skills to contribute to the success of our projects.
