You will assist the Transformation team in the following areas:

· Design internal comms content, e.g. EDMs, articles, infographics, bite-sized videos, etc.

· Publish and maintain the repository of the internal comms content

· Provide administrative and logistics support for staff well-being initiatives and staff engagement activities

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Conduct research on industry trends in EDA technologies and back-end processes, and create a development roadmap for digital back-end EDA technologies based on business requirements.

2. Analyze business needs for the digital backend, abstract business models, design competitive solutions, and collaborate with software development personnel to implement the solutions using EDA or in-house technologies.

3. Develop the digital back-end design end-to-end operation platform and develop a competitive physical design methodology.

4. Cooperate with digital backend experts to develop the AI optimization process for PPAC optimization.

Requirements:

1. At least holding a Bachelor's degree with a major in computer science, mathematics, or AI.

2. 5+ years of experience in developing AI applications, with a strong understanding of AI techniques.

3. Experience developing machine learning and LLM.

4. Familiar with data structure, dynamic programming, multi-threading, distributed computing, and other heuristics algorithms.

5. Experience with C++ programming in a Linux environment. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Tcl/Python/Yaml.

6. Familiar with commercial EDA digital chip physical design tools and ASIC design flow; including static timing analysis, logic synthesis, P&R, optimization, CTS, Route, and other domains.

7. Familiar with algorithms and optimization methods such as layout design, layout floorplan and routing, statistical timing analysis, physical synthesis, power consumption analysis, and delay calculation.

8. Experience with front-end and back-end tools at advanced technology nodes, preferably with cutting-edge EDA tools.

Job Responsibilities

· Inform Design Team, Cost / Commercial team of all client-led change proposals and instructions.

· To manage local consultants in the execution of design development.

· To assist in coordination between Design Team, Consultants, Operator stakeholders.

· Assist site team in resolution of site clashes.
