Employment Type: 6-12 months contract with the potential for permanent conversion

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and commissioning of test processes and machinery for new devices, ensuring equipment is fully operational and meets testing requirements.
• Optimize and maintain testing machines during the engineering phase to ensure efficient and accurate test execution.
• Analyze test results and perform post-build activities such as failure analysis and corrective actions (FACA) to address yield loss and improve processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to develop and deliver testing solutions for new optical modules during the engineering phase, particularly for small-scale production.
• Provide technical support in the development and refinement of test procedures, continuously improving testing methodologies and equipment.
• Ensure regular maintenance, calibration, and repair schedules are followed to maintain high performance and minimal downtime of test equipment.
• Generate clear and concise reports on test results, findings, and recommendations for process improvement.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Test Engineer role or a similar position, with a focus on optical modules or related technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in functionality testing of optical devices, such as cameras, projectors, range finders, flashlights, and proximity sensors.
• Proven ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot test machines, with experience in tooling and configuring machines for new device testing.
• Familiarity with automated test equipment (ATE) and test software, including the ability to develop and refine testing processes.
• Proficiency in analyzing test data, conducting failure analysis, and applying corrective actions to improve yield and product quality.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis tools and techniques for data interpretation.
• Knowledge of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Requires a candidate that can perform a cross-platform experience in systems administration, including analyzing, designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing hardware, software, peripherals, and networks.

- Superior troubleshooting and technical support abilities with migrations, network connectivity, and security and database applications.

- Requires onsite troubleshooting and management.

-Requires to perform labour work when necessary to ensure safety and efficacy of work rendered by peers.

- Committed to finding innovative solutions to a variety of IT problems, such as security, database management, software programming and technical troubleshooting.

- Knowledge in executing sales pitch and digital marketing experience will be advantageous.

- Driving licence of minimum class 3 will be advantageous.

- Other Engineering qualifications will be assessed before consideration

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Workers and site progress.
• Prepare Waterproofing Safety Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement (MOS), and Safe Work Procedure (SWP).
• Draw waterproofing sub-drawing using AutoCAD and MicroStation software.
• Ensure that the waterproofing procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, and requirements.
• Liaise with Authorities and Main-contractors.
• Take site measurements and prepare monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
• Ensuring Supervisors & Foremen meet client & regulatory work requirements.
• Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings, and programmes without compromising on quality and safety.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
• Maintain safe & clean working environment by enforcing rules & regulations.
• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full-time supervision of works on site.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• BCSS Certificate
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation
• Knowledge of Waterproofing works & Technical
• Knowledge of working at Height
• Minimum 1-year experience in waterproofing works
• Applicants with LTA project experience will be an added advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills
