• Proficiency in conducting impact analysis, strategizing, planning, and executing upgrades to new versions.
• Ability to provide effective leadership for 24x7 on-call support on a rotation basis, occasionally requiring work outside normal business hours for critical tasks.
• In-depth understanding of the latest networking trends and patterns, including those in the Commercial Cloud.
