As part of our system Engineering team, you play a key role in the design and development of our Inspection and Metrology machines. In your role you will work hands-on on the mechanical integration, process optimization and automation of the machine. We are seeking a graphic designer for our e-commerce business across Asia, Middle East & Africa, who can bring to life brand identity across Digital Commerce execution for our portfolio of well-known brands such as Pampers, Pantene, Downy, Gillette, Oral-B and more!

Your Team

You will work in a team of in-house designers, report into a marketing leader, and work closely with multi-functional marketing and sales team.

Key Responsibilites

1. Design and develop creative digital solutions in partnership with the brand and sales team including:

• Evolve look and layout of e-commerce brand and campaigns pages
• Design new marketing campaigns based on multi-brand executions or existing brand design codes
• Develop simple, social-ready short videos and motion graphics (e.g. animated GIFs)
• Banner adjustment (resize, change a copy on existing banners)
• Amend final designs per comments and gain full approval

2. Identify how to win with design as the business enters new countries, platforms requiring new creative formats

3. Lead design quality approval processes

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or similar fields
• A portfolio based on 1-2 years industry experience that will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem solving and technical mastery.
• Please submit a graphics portfolio or website together with your application.
• Software proficiency in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Social-Ready Video Editing Software (Premiere Pro, CapCut) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong design mastery and ability to solve problems using design skills, preferably experience in design in a consumer goods business context.
• High bar for quality, especially for aesthetics and in layout creation.
• Good collaboration & design skills with proven experience to effectively bring design strategy all the way to execution while fully articulating the target consumer and business needs
• Ability to handle multiple projects and manage complexity with excellence. Shown discipline, priority setting in managing and leading complex projects with efficiency, from design strategy, consumer and customer understanding and timeline management
• Great sense of creativity and eye for beauty, needs to be flexible in an environment of constant change. Engage and influence senior management and cross-functional partners. Develop strong credibility at all levels of the organization.

Design & Specifications Management

• Responsible for the design submission, shop drawings, standard details and calculations etc.
• Lead and conduct front end engineering and design works including conceptual and feasibility studies.
• Reviewing of design, specifications & drawings in the construction projects to drive cost savings through improvements in construction methods, sequence and/or material used, and to resolve technical issues at the upstream flow during the design and planning stage before the projects were executed.
• Attend technical/design clarification and project meetings with the vendors and the subcontractors with regards to the combine services drawings to ensure no conflict.
• Develop and manage the design approval process with subcontractors, consultants and clients in a timely manner.
• To report on the design submission to client and undertaking DAR submission.

Budget & Schedule Management

• Establish and track the development of design deliverables against procurement schedule and budget, ensuring on-time completion, and coordinating all.
• Identify and highlight any potential design risks or issues that will impact Project Performance.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• A team player with a strong analytical mind and ability to work independently.
