Specific Responsibility, Accountability & Authority:

1. Responsible to the Project Director/Associate and will liaise with the Architect, senior ID and 3D Department, for projects where the Architect of the building is AWP. For purely ID fit-out works commissioned independently, Interior Design Assistant is responsible to the ID Associate/Senior ID and will liaise with the senior project executive and 3D department.

2. Assist in the day-to-day executive work including design presentations, project management, contract administration and project correspondences

3. Reports to ID Director on all design and technical matters.

4. Assist in conceptual & detail Design Development.

5. CAD or manual drafting of sketch and detailed construction drawings to comply with the various relevant authorities’ requirements. Track the application for planning and building approvals with government authorities by consultants.

6. Liaising with vendors/suppliers’ representatives for ID materials, finishes, FF&E specifications.

7. Evaluate and comment on the contractor’s construction programme and resource planning and establish the expenditure control system and the limits of authority to order variations to contracts.

8. Providing all necessary information and issuing directions and instructions to the project manager and the building contractor to enable the building contractor to proceed with the works.

9. Perform the following tasks as required by the project:-

· Liaison with clients and consultants

· Site inspection

· Attend consultants / site meetings

· Assist in the architectural/ID co-ordination, organisation & preparation of construction documents and drawings.

· Preparation of the following:-

- Minutes of meeting

- Material specifications and schedule of finishes

- FF&E cut sheets

- Material sample board

- Images and Perspectives (with the assistance of 3D department

· Liaison with suppliers & contractors.

For Senior Interior Design position, the above responsibility applies. In addition:

10. Plan the deliverables and the resource allocation for each stages of the project.

11. Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the ID system standardization.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Work as architect with system engineers to define IP specifications, architecture & test concept.
• Specify, rtl design and verify digital circuits in achieving high performance, low power, and efficient implementation for sensor IPs.
• Perform RTL design and behavioral model coding, Logic Synthesis, StaticTiming Analysis, and structural checks as LEC, Spyglass (Linting, CDC &RDC).
• Execute DFT/power integrity-related activities – Scan Insertion, ATPG &power analysis.
• Work with Physical designer to achieve timing closure and ECO fixes ifrequired.
• Conduct design reviews and support in documentation.
• Support verification engineer to define verification test items.
• Support in the roadmap formulation for the sensor IPs.
• Support view generation engineers to verify the correctness of the IPsviews.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field with a focus on electronics.
• 8+ years of professional experience in the field of Digital Design with good knowledge of EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys)
• Proven track record to formulate digital design architecture and concept& to work together in a team of designers.
• Proficiency in System Verilog and/or Verilog/VHDL for RTL design and verification tasks
• Familiar with the entire digital design flow as in LEC, Spyglass, defining constraints for synthesis, ATPG and primetime analysis.
• A good understanding of IP development flow , chip integration,timing-analysis, and testability.
• Knowledge in mixed signal IPs like ADC, PMU, oscillator and tempsensors would be an advantage.
• Basic Knowledge about Safety and Security standards and applications(e.g. ISO 26262 and ISO21434, respectively) – would be an advantage
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
