Reporting to the Deputy CEO, the Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales of our products and services.

This individual will work closely with other departments and regional offices to execute online advertising campaigns, conduct marketing & research, website management, and implement marketing initiatives toward sales conversions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage offline and online marketing campaigns via LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & E-Store
• Design high-quality creatives for all media formats, including print media and artwork for online ad banners, mobile banners, infographics, social media, brochures, GIFs, and other promotional materials to drive promotions, engagement and grow follower base

The Successful Applicant:

• A degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Advertising & Promotions environment, or a similar capacity. Prior experience in digital/advertising agencies will be an added advantage

The Role:

The Director, Evidence & Policy is a leadership role within the APLMA Secretariat, responsible for guiding Secretariat’s work to raise the visibility of the malaria elimination effort in Asia Pacific through strategic, evidence-based policy documentation efforts. The Director will ensure the organization's policy positions are well-informed, insightful, and impactful; and will lead projects and teams working on analysis and document generation. The role will provide oversight to a team working to develop briefs, white papers, case studies, peer -reviewed documentation, Op Eds, and other policy and advocacy materials. Job description:

• Planning and executing store openings across Southeast Asia (SEA) region. Responsible for the development and compliance of store procedures.
• Review store performance/profitability of every country across SEA, responsible for the formulation, recommendation, and implementation of sales forecasts, sales plans and strategies, promotional and incentive programs related to the overall operation and management of the stores.
• Report to SEA president, manage teams of retail operations, visual merchandising, training, merchandising, marketing, etc, set the regional standards and ensure they are well executed in every country.
• Recommend business development and consumer engagement programs directed at expanding sales area coverage, additional sales channels, sale events, and promotional selling areas.
• Accountable for regional inventory accuracy.
• Perform business travelling in SEA when necessary.

Requirements：

· Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business or any business-related course.

· At least 10 years of previous experience in store operations, visual merchandising or retail training as a people manager.

· At least 5 years of previous work experience in a retail setting.

· Coordinate and communicate clearly between local and regional team, proficient in both English and Mandarin languages in order to liaise with counterparts in SEA countries and China HQ.

· Highly motivated, strong leadership skills, ability to spot trends, organized in work functions.

· Ability to develop, mentor and coach sales team, promote teamwork.

· Passionate about sports is a must.

We are seeking a Business Development Director to accelerate the revenue growth and business development. This individual should have extensive business development experience focusing on driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Consumer Health, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and a good understanding of the regulated industry, in healthcare, life sciences, food, and consumer products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross functional team including product and customer success team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Business Development Strategy:

• Develop and execute the BD strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across key markets

- Client Acquisition:

• Identify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling focusing on mid-size to enterprises in our two vertical industries
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos tailored to client requirement and pain points

- Market Research & Lead Generation:

• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients within target industries
• Partner closely with the marketing team to manage and nurture leads generated through them

- Sales Pipeline Management:

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools ensuring timely follow up, nurturing and conversion of leads

- Contract Negotiations:

• Lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring terms are favourable for all stakeholders resulting in closing deals

- Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with marketing, product, customer success and regulatory content team to ensure alignment between client needs and RegASK’s solutions
• Work with presales team to develop proposals to be sent to clients

- Reporting & Analytics:

• Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status and business development activities providing regular updates to senior management, using CRM tools

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor or equivalent degree required
• 15 years of business development or sales experience in Consumer Health industries with interest in SaaS
• Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Data driven approach to decision making and strategy development
• Experience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levels
• Ability to engage with and persuade decision makers including C-suite executives
• Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proficient in sales stack, Salesforce etc
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment
• Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis

• Human Resources Planning and Talent Recruitment: Formulate the company's human resources strategy and plans in accordance with the company's development strategy, including but not limited to organizational structure design, job responsibilities, talent mapping, talent recruitment, etc.

Job Requirements:
