About The Role

As the Director / Head of Sales & Marketing, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies within the healthcare insurance sector. • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performance teams, with strong motivational and coaching abilities.
• Deep understanding of Singapore's healthcare/insurance landscape, including key players, market trends, and regulatory environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing platforms.

Education/Qualification
