Job Summary: As the Art Director, you will report directly to the Creative Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our projects. Creative Leadership & Vision:

Stay Current with Design Trends & Tools:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with at least 2+ years in an art director or leadership role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work, including animation, video, and interactive elements.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and proficiency with other design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).

In three months:

• Strong understanding of client business model
• Team Point of Contact for Amazon & Influencer related queries
• Build professional relationship with teams and lead performance driven strategies with clients
• A keen understanding on the various platforms and systems which power eCommerce media

In six months:

• Independently provide Ecom & Influencer solutions towards ad-hoc request from clients
• Be the person whom the client goes to for day-to-day activities. Able to propose ideas and activities to answer identified challenges in regards to Amazon & Influencers
• Mentor Interns and assist in leading a small-scale project (identify needs, formulate ideas into plan, set the scope and present to the Manager
• Improved workflow efficiencies across the teams
• Be on top of all the betas and innovations in the digital space and be able to articulate and share with internal and external stakeholders and how it could be relevant and useful to them
• Driving cross-channel synergy – Connect the power across Media & Brand Teams

In 12 months:

• Be comfortable in developing proposals and preparing Influencer & Amazon media strategies in line with the overall campaign
• Be able to lead and provide strategic insights on Amazon & Influencer matters
• Be confident in taking part in pitches whilst working together with the rest of the agency

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good understanding of all Influencer Media
• Experience in managing multi market campaigns (globally / regionally)
• Proven record of success in running audience-based/performance driven/direct response campaigns
• Comfortable using Microsoft excel/automated dashboards, etc. – An analytical mind that is creative as well as data driven to identify trends/patterns and insights
• Ability to work within and effectively manage a team, decisively organizing multiple assignments for both self and team direct reports
• Extremely business-minded and detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
• Demonstrate genuine curiosity and interest in our clients & their business

We're looking for an exceptional Creative Director for our entertainment industry consulting practice. You will primarily be leading projects for arcade and video game industry clients. Responsibilities include being responsible for billed client delivery, interfacing with clients' creative teams and shaping briefs, in addition to taking on the internal creative portfolio within Sibyl Co's companies.

Minimum Requirements

• minimum 5 years' experience in the video game and/or arcade industries in an art role, AND
• minimum 1 year experience specifically to developing arcade games in a B2B context
• Exceptional client communication skills & experience.
• Be an expert-level Illustrator and Concept Artist across a variety of art styles (realistic, semi-realistic, cartoon, stylized, etc). Your portfolio needs to be able to sell itself to Sibyl's clientele.
• Have a strong interest in developments in AI, and a proven portfolio of experiments with AI. Personal projects are OK.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
