• Assist the Marketing Director in all digital marketing tasks.
• Develop and execute strategies to help build and grow the followers across all of the company’s social media platforms.

• Oversee the company's online social media platforms, manage and schedule create assets to be posted on different platforms, ensuring regular updates of the latest promotions and information.

• Assist in content creation and copywriting for all of the company’s social media platforms.

• Engage with customers via our digital platforms by promptly sharing tagged videos and stories, and promptly responding to inquiries, reviews, comments and feedback through DMs on all platforms, email, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business.
• Any other tasks, administrative duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned by direct manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experiences (Preferably worked as Social media executive / Graphic designer cum social media marketing etc.)
• Proficiency and experience in content creation and project management for digital marketing is a plus point.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Director of Sales with Conrad Hotels and Resorts will contribute to Sales plan that maximizes revenue by driving the sale of conference facility space and guest rooms.

What will I be doing?

The Director of Sales is responsible for developing a commercial strategy covering all managed room segments (IBT, IT, GT, CMTG, GOV), including residential and non-residential business to maximize the hotel’s total revenue. This role will drive the planning and execution of the commercial strategy and activity through support from the Revenue Management, Catering Sales, Events Management and Marketing.

As Director of Sales, you will build a marketing plan and associated sales activities to execute with the Sales Team to achieve Sales targets and company goals. The Director of Sales will train, coach, and continuously develop the Sales Team. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Lead a team to identify and maximize all business opportunities that translate into revenue for the hotel, be it for Rooms, Food and Beverage including banquets, and other minor operating departments
• Coach and mentor the team to have the right spirit that would make us a formidable group of customer-focused and enterprising sales force that is second to none

• Attend designated training programs
• Ensure that the team collects the first deposit where required and reviews all contractual terms prior to contracts being sent out
• Reviews proposals to ensure that all necessary information is captured prior to the team sending it out to clients and is correctly booked in Delphi.
• Monitor offers, options and discounts for repeat bookings for groups, congresses and seminars in close cooperation with the Group Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

(a) Fund Selection & Due Diligence

• Identify and evaluate a wide range of external investment funds (mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, etc.).
• Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analysis of fund managers and strategies, assessing historical performance, risk management, portfolio construction, fees, and alignment with firm’s objectives.
• Perform ongoing monitoring and due diligence on existing funds in the portfolio, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to stated strategies.

(b) Research & Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging fund managers, trends, and innovative strategies across multiple asset classes.
• Analyse fund performance in the context of broader market conditions, including macroeconomic trends, interest rate movements, and regulatory changes.

(C) Portfolio Construction & Optimization:

• Collaborate with portfolio managers to build and maintain diversified fund portfolios that align with client risk profiles, return objectives, and time horizons.
• Recommend adjustments to fund allocations in response to performance reviews, market conditions, and client needs.

Prior Work Experience

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in asset management or private banking.
• Proven track record in evaluating and recommending funds across multiple asset classes (equity, fixed income, alternatives).
• Experience in institutional or high-net-worth client environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a sales strategy that will assist in hitting growth targets by growing our current customer base. The Role

• Lead the broking strategy and placement of individual accounts including new business and renewals with a focus on Australia and New Zealand property portfolio but including some Asian domiciled business.
• Support new business RFPs – both written content and oral presentations by delivering market knowledge including proposed placement structures, pricing, and demonstrating market experience and relationships
