Job Description:
• Lead the development and execution of the business strategy for the Singtel Account Department in alignment with the company’s vision. Ensure that department goals are tightly integrated with the company’s long-term growth plan.
• Accountable for strategic expansion and long-term management of key client account, leading the team in fostering strong, trust-based relationships with the key account stake holders by utilizing deep client insight.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key account clients to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes and identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services.
• Oversee the sales department’s budget management, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs to ensure the highest return on investment.
• Spearhead talent development initiatives, continuously driving team members' professional growth to cultivate sales leaders who possess strategic insight.
• Foster seamless collaboration with internal business department (e.g., procurement, delivery and services) to ensure alignment with the company's broader strategic initiatives.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, computer science, information technology, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years in systems product sales management. Experience in IT or software sales is preferred.
• Have cross-regional or international sales experience, able to manage sales teams in different regions or countries.
• Possess sales analytic skills such as Tableu, Power BI, HubSpot CRM, Salesforce etc tools.
• Possess networking related skill such as Switch, WIFI, router, system integration.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.
• HCIE/HCIP/HCIA certificate holders.
