As Project Director you will be involved in managing and leading projects right from inception to completion. You will be expected to oversee the whole construction process and will be involved in procurement, monitoring site progress, planning & scheduling and managing the site.

• Approximately 12-15 years of LTA/ Infrastructure projects experience in Singapore with a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PEB Singapore.
• Candidates with prior experience in LTA and large rail projects are highly desired.

JOB SUMMARY

• The Group Sales Enablement role will be responsible for driving and executing Sales strategy & initiatives and enhance Sales performance for TB Corporates & Financial Institutions Sales by working closely with other Sales Performance Management (SPM) functions: Regional Sales Enablement, Sales Content, Training, Marketing and Sales Processes Risk Management.
• This role will oversee the TB Transaction Review Forum as it’s secretariat, to maintain and improve the Forum Term of Reference (ToR), provide coaching to Sales Managers (SM) to ensure quality submission, track transaction approvals to ensure conditional approval requirements are closed out. Perform detailed Win & Loss analysis and provide trend analysis to TB stakeholders to close out any potential product and/or process gaps to improve future win rate.
• This role will work closely with Regional Sales Heads & their Sales teams, Global functional Sales Heads (CTF, SSD, Trade Utilization and Global Content & Proposal Management) and partner Cash & Trade Product Managers, TB Finance, and TB COO teams as well as CIB Business Development team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy & Initiatives

• Collaborate within SPM team to develop Sales strategy, which are aligned with Transaction Banking, Cash, Trade and TBFX objectives and business goals to deliver TB Corporate Plan.
• Support strategic sales initiatives and put in place systems and processes to measure the success factors of initiatives across TB Sales teams.
• Drive and execution of other strategic reviews.

Transaction Review Forum Secretariat

• Deliver a standardized TB Transaction Approval process, where evaluated deals are rigorously vetted and aligned with the TB objectives and to shorten TB decision making cycle.
• Continuous review of Transaction Review Forum processes, drive improvements and maintaining the Forum’s ToR.
• Instill submission discipline by provide coaching to Sales Managers (SM) to improve quality and timely submission.
• Closely track the status of each TB transaction approval and ensure conditional approval requirements are closed out by SM prior to implementation.

Transaction Win & Loss Analysis

• Conduct TB Transactions Win & Loss Analysis to identify key internal and/or external factors and to provide feedback loop to relevant stakeholders like Product Management and LBSM/CPM to prioritise product investment roadmap and FTP/Cost of Funds to enable competitive market pricing.
• Monitor and track group level revenue realization to ensure accurate forecasting & outlook with TB Finance and TB Implementation.
• Execute Client Financial Planning in conjunction with CIB Business Development team and organise client team review on TB opportunities identified.

Project Management

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic and tactical projects

Sales Risk Management

• Working closely with Sales Business Risk Manager (BRM) to ensure Cash and Trade Sales processes risk factors are mitigated via systems and processes re-design and simplification.

RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive FIDReC/ Early Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving FIDReC/ Early Resolution complaints received from FIDReC in a timely and efficient manner. • Receive and assign cases from FIDReC on a daily basis, ensuring all complaints are tracked, updated in the tracker and prioritised appropriately.
• Contact clients promptly to address and resolve FIDReC complaints within the established early resolution timeframe, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Conduct prompt follow-ups on cases and maintain accurate logs for audit purposes, ensuring all interactions and resolutions are documented thoroughly and recorded in the Client Events Management System (CEMS).
• Maintain ongoing communication and collaborate with internal and FIDReC stakeholders to facilitate smooth resolution processes and address any arising issues effectively.

We are currently looking for an Account Director to join us in Singapore or the Philippines as we scale the growth of our business in the Asia region, with a focus on the Philippines.

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for connecting Enterprise customer needs with the value proposition that Tricentis brings to them correspondingly.

• Articulate the value of our platform to C-Level and senior executives in our enterprise accounts
• Strategically and rapidly develop pipeline
• Navigate complex customer environments and develop value-based ROI proposals
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan
• Drive customer delight
• Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com
• Sell a leading-edge Continuous Testing Software that supports the DevOps revolution in IT
• Engage, educate and transform the way our customers deliver better quality software to market faster than ever before.
• Be part of a close-knit team, including experienced Solution Architects, working together to improve customer outcomes.
• Capable of working in a fast growing, innovative and highly motivated company where each individual contribution to the company's business counts.

Who you are:

• 12+ years of experience in selling complex systems/solutions/tools to enterprise customers in Asia, especially in the Philippines.
• Ideally you have knowledge about business IT-systems such as operating systems, data bases and Web-technologies as well as knowledge about the software development life cycle
• You have a good understanding of Enterprise applications like SAP, Salesforce and Service Now
• You are willing to acquire all skills and knowledge to become a competent contact person for your clients
• You know how to deal with different buying influencers in complex sales cycles and engage them professionally
• You are determined to succeed and capable to overachieve your goals with diligence and persistence
• Proven track record of overachievement in enterprise software sales
