You will support strategic relationship-building across the Dentsu network to service our regional clients, identify opportunities and enable successful revenue growth. Depending on workload, you may handle 2 or more accounts in this role.

Existing Business and Projects

· Coordinates all client development activities from a project management perspective; driving the planning, the cadence and efficiency of such activities

· Develops, implements and manages project plans, with the ability to create detailed work break-down structures. Ensures that proper forecasting is being done for all projects on assigned accounts. Sets up and runs all necessary key touch-point meetings in the process

· Establish and expand relationships with key client contacts becoming their go-to contact for project execution

· Prepares and circulates periodic Client Development status reports

· Project manages all client development initiatives, including orchestrating teams to ensure delivery of project milestones, managing project timelines and budgets across all workstreams, updating key stakeholders on status, risks and assessments, etc.

Incremental business – Pitch support

· Provides project management, directional and strategic oversight to pitch/resource teams, while executing against tight timelines

· Establishes relationships built on credibility, trust and service-minded approach to solve problems

· Manages the RFP response process from kickoff to submission

· Creates, manages, enforces and publishes project plans, RACI’s and timelines when responding to RFIs, RFPs and presentations to prospective clients

Key Experiences

· At least 5 years of agency side experience, preferably involving a complex regional or global client with multiple engagements

· Experience managing senior client relationships independently

· Experience leading a team to deliver best-in-class client campaigns

· Multi-market APAC knowledge and experience

· Experience across integrated client accounts preferred

· Experience in sponsorship management

The AWS Business Development Director is an AWS sales specialist against customer problems/ business needs. The AWS BDD plays a leading role in accelerating time to value for our customers and supporting them in their AWS cloud and digital transformation by aligning our solutions, using their good technical understanding of AWS solutions and ability to transform our customers’ challenges into commercial solutions. The AWS BDD identifies, develops, and lands opportunities for defined portfolio elements in collaboration with Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities: AWS Business growth in the region with prime focus in Singapore

Accountable for hunting new AWS Opportunities along with Field Sales ensuring that the customers’ needs are met or exceeded. Drive the entire Sales Cycle from initial Customer Engagement till Contract Closing for new & existing customers.

• Establish relationships with new and existing customers and secure new business in the assigned portfolio element(s).
• Work with Account Managers to ensure that the overall account strategy and goals are followed and achieved.
• Maintain a very detailed level of relevant knowledge on the assigned portfolio element(s) in order to have substantial and relevant conversations with customers and prospects.
• Work with Technical Architects / Practice Leaders to ensure that we craft the right solutions for our customers.

· Technical Qualifications:

• Able to articulate use cases of AWS cloud transformation specific to the customers industry and size and understand where the customer is on their journey.
• Engage with customers/partners/collaborators from IT all the way to C-level, understand the Customers’ business requirement & challenges, build an IT transformation roadmap covering (not limited to) AWS Cloud services, digital workplace and position the right support model and articulate the business value of the offering.
• Position AWS cloud Services & digital workplace advisory and/or professional services to customer depending on their requirements.
• Articulate the importance and value of adoption and change management in customer journey towards growing efficiency.
• 10+ years’ enterprise technology strategic sales/pre-sales experience with a good knowledge on selling cloud and digital transformation solutions, specifically around AWS, good to have Microsoft Azure.
• Functional understanding of key technologies and trends in the cloud domain, Application Modernization, Data & Analytics, containerization, cloud operating models, Cloud economics.
• Experience preparing, presenting formal proposals to customers. Leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure.
• Solid understanding of public cloud market in Asia and strong understanding of cloud consumption economics.
• Expertise in enterprise solution selling techniques and selling cloud-based solutions.
• Effective territory/account management and leading sales teams: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, effective communication with customers/partners/collaborators, needs analysis, value engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management and proposal response, pipeline management, large dollar licensing and deal negotiation required.

Job description:

• Planning and executing store openings across Southeast Asia (SEA) region. Responsible for the development and compliance of store procedures.
• Review store performance/profitability of every country across SEA, responsible for the formulation, recommendation, and implementation of sales forecasts, sales plans and strategies, promotional and incentive programs related to the overall operation and management of the stores.
• Report to SEA president, manage teams of retail operations, visual merchandising, training, merchandising, marketing, etc, set the regional standards and ensure they are well executed in every country.
• Recommend business development and consumer engagement programs directed at expanding sales area coverage, additional sales channels, sale events, and promotional selling areas.
• Accountable for regional inventory accuracy.
• Perform business travelling in SEA when necessary.

Requirements：

· Graduate of a bachelor's degree in business or any business-related course.

· At least 10 years of previous experience in store operations, visual merchandising or retail training as a people manager.

· At least 5 years of previous work experience in a retail setting.

· Coordinate and communicate clearly between local and regional team, proficient in both English and Mandarin languages in order to liaise with counterparts in SEA countries and China HQ.

· Highly motivated, strong leadership skills, ability to spot trends, organized in work functions.

· Ability to develop, mentor and coach sales team, promote teamwork.
