Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate proficiency in various art techniques, mediums, and styles.
2. Effectively teach students how to use them to express their ideas and emotions.
3. Provide guidance and support to students in developing their artistic skills - drawing, painting, sculpting, and other art forms.
4. Create a positive and inspiring classroom environment that encourages experimentation, self-expression, and collaboration among students.
5. Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on students' artwork, helping them identify areas of improvement and celebrating their achievements.
6. Ensure a safe and orderly art classroom environment, following appropriate safety guidelines and procedures for handling art materials and equipment.
7. Engage children in lessons, ensuring activities are fun and age-appropriate (Engage students with sensory play)
8. Maintain Good and Professional relations with Children and Parents.

Requirements

1. Teamplayer and able to work in a team.

4. At least 1 year experience teaching art to students of various age groups and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovation: Propose and develop new program offerings and initiatives to address the evolving needs of educators and students.
• Event Oversight: Manage the logistics and execution of events, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring seamless delivery.

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Education, STEM, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
• Passionate about education, business development, or program management.
• Proven ability to facilitate educational programs for students and educators.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring junior staff.
