Requirements:

General Position Overview

Our Online Business Manager will be required to drive initiatives coordinating with internal teams to ensure all digital spend delivers effective ROAS whilst maintaining high brand standards.

Supporting the Marketing Director, our Online Business Manager will be responsible for the deployment of effective digital activity working closely with the our teams at HQ and third-party resources. Experience

In this crucial management role, you will be responsible for enhancing and executing operational excellence in the Modern Workplace and Mobility BAU service elements across our global organization, and potentially beyond this domain.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring operational excellence, driving governance across a global organization, and managing various aspects of modern workplace infrastructure. This role requires a strong focus on vulnerability management, device lifecycle management, and optimizing IT systems and processes. You will work alongside the Service Owner for Modern Workplace and Mobility Services, who is responsible for the service's renewal and roadmap. Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Microsoft technology or CISSP are advantageous
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology management and enterprise IT delivery, with a focus on Modern Workspace and Mobility Services.
