About the role:

Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue and executes data-driven strategy for Four Seasons Resorts Maldives, Four Seasons Private Island Maldives at Voavah, and Four Seasons Explorer Palau. The Digital Marketing Manager supports the Regional Commercial Director and Senior Director of Public Relations and Communications to execute strategies in digital marketing, online reputation management, and measures success through outcomes supported by analytics and reporting. A clear understanding of the Four Seasons brand guidelines and effective execution of them are essential.

What you will do:

• Supports the Resorts’ digital strategy with a proactive approach to all digital and electronic marketing platforms. Designs and implements digital campaigns that support the Resorts’ commercial goals to drive digital direct room revenue and channel mix growth, and restaurant and bar revenue.
• Oversees and optimizes online presence of Resorts including SEO content and images on Four Seasons owned channels (FS.com, Four Seasons App, Preferred Partners website) and external websites (OTA and Amex), ensuring alignment with the Resorts’ positioning, business objectives, and storytelling.
