• Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Commercial Director
• Complete and review monthly reports in a timely manner (owner’s report, MPR, catering occupancy, production report, etc
• Work closely with the Regional Director of Sales and Hilton Worldwide Sales team to drive business into the hotel
• Proficient in using hotel’s front office system management tool to manage and track business
• Proficient in using hotel’s Account Management Tool (Delphi/H360/HIS etc) to manage and track accounts
• Attend and be attentive in all daily briefings, department/team meetings and any other meeting as required
• Attend designated training programs
• Ensure that the team collects the first deposit where required and reviews all contractual terms prior to contracts being sent out
• Reviews proposals to ensure that all necessary information is captured prior to the team sending it out to clients and is correctly booked in Delphi.
• Monitor offers, options and discounts for repeat bookings for groups, congresses and seminars in close cooperation with the Group Coordinator
• Conduct performance reviews at least twice a year (Mid-Year and Year-End) for each team member
• Work closely with the Director of Catering to build a cohesive Business Development team
• Assist the Commercial Director in ensuring that targets and standards are met in the team

Summary

STERIS is recruiting for a Marketing Director Asia to be based in Singapore, as one of the APAC Healthcare Leadership Team in the region. Reporting into VP & Managing Director APAC Healthcare, you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution across the Asia region (excluding China and ANZ). You will be developing and implementing multi-channel and multi product portfolio marketing plans to drive business growth, increase brand awareness and generate sales/profits to meet the short-term and long-term business objectives.

What You’ll Do as the Marketing Director Asia

• Developing Marketing Strategies: Creating and Executing Regional Marketing Plans aligned with the short-term and long-term business strategy and goals.
• Collaborating with Business Units (HQ) , Business Leaders, commercial team, in each of the country / region responsible to drive business outcomes.
• Overseeing Marketing budgets and ensuring effective resources allocations.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPI) and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly.
• Building Brand Awareness: Develop and execute plans to increase brand visibility and credibility across the Asia region.
• Driving Demand Generations: Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive leads and conversations.
• Managing Agency Relationship: Oversee Relationship with external agencies, including creative, media and digital partners.
• Leading the entire Marketing Team Asia, including but not limited to enabling, empowering, coaching, development, etc.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent
• Experience: Significant years of marketing experiences, with a focus on Asia markets.
