Skills & Experience

Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Analytics Director/ Head of Sales Analytics to execute the company’s sales strategy to drive growth & achieve revenue targets. You will manage, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve maximum performance. To identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments. To monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and forecasts to the team. To provide market expansion & feedback to guide product development and improvements.

What Do We Want

• · Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent qualification.
• · Min 8 years of senior sales role, preferably within manufacturing/ F&B/ Retail industry.
• · Proven leadership in managing and driving multiple teams.
• · Strong leadership capabilities with a history of managing successful sales teams.
• · Excellent understanding of financial principles, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.

As Regional Director of Hotel Performance Asia Pacific, Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems (SMgE), you will lead the strategy across all luxury segments to execute revenue targets in alignment with the groups, visions & goals and values. Keys to the success of this role is the ability to collaborate closely with Operations and build trusted business partnerships in the region with the support Regional Senior/Vice President, Operations in all manner of hotel performance excellence with a focus on quality and commercial delivery as well as engage with Owners as required and Key Stakeholders in an ambassadorial capacity

You will be based in Singapore and will report to the Global Head of Hotel Performance, Sofitel Legend, Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems

As a role model within the regional commercial community, you will be responsible for developing the hotel commercial teams to release their full creative potential in achieving the highest possible revenue from properties within the SMgE region whilst simultaneously optimizing value and service for our clients.

We are looking for a Managing Director to work alongside Global Markets Division for Asia (“AGMD”) – Japanese Client Sales Department (“AGMD-JCSD”) team members to enhance the FX and Derivatives business for Japanese clients with Singapore office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the department’s business plan of identifying new revenue opportunities, building customer and revenue business to align to the Bank's direction/vision.
• Understand the competitive landscape, review department’s performance and identify opportunities for growth as well as risks.
• Monitor and advise on the impacts of economic and regulatory changes.
• Lead the development of competitive products to ensure MUFG are capable of securing new business opportunities within the region.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.
• Work in partnership with colleagues across all regions to share best practice, deliver an integrated regional service for our customers, develop new business and create effective processes.
• Work in partnership with Compliance to assess new Global Markets products and seek advice on the impact to Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements, as well as to provide input into cross border matrix to mitigate compliance risks.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with strong understanding of local regulations.
• Minimum 12 years of Global Markets and Sales & Trading (of Derivatives and FX products) experience, knowledge of competitor landscape covering Interest Rate Derivatives.
• Proficient in spoken and written Japanese language will be required for coverage and to collaborate with Japanese-speaking markets to communicate effectively with clients. Japanese is the working language.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence others.
• A proactive, motivated Leader with strong people management skills
