• Handles the maintenance of office equipment and keeps records of office inventory and pantry supplies to ensure sufficient stock at all times.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cybersecurity-related IT system implementation projects within a banking environment. The Cybersecurity Project Manager will lead all aspects of project initiation, planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Initiation & Planning:Develop and manage detailed project plans for cybersecurity system implementations, including documentation, timelines, and budget.
  Lead the approval process and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  Coordinate and oversee the pre-study phase, including requirements gathering (business and system), scope definition, estimation, and scheduling.
  
• Cybersecurity System Implementation:Oversee and manage the implementation of network and cybersecurity-related IT systems within the banking environment.
  Ensure compliance with all security protocols, standards, and regulations specific to the banking and financial industry.
  
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management:Define roles and responsibilities for all project participants and stakeholders.
  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party service providers.

• Risk & Change Management:Identify potential risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure proactive management of issues that may arise during project execution.
  Effectively manage any changes to the project scope, schedule, or resources.
  
• Reporting & Documentation:Provide regular project status updates, including detailed reports on progress, risks, and achievements to management.
  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future reference and audits.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management for cybersecurity and IT system implementations within a banking or financial institution for atleast 5 years .
• Strong understanding of network security protocols, cybersecurity principles, and risk management strategies.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CISSP, or other relevant project management or cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience with banking system implementation and integration.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking industry.

About This Role:-

The Operations Analyst will build strong and collaborative relationships with internal business partners to support new members’ onboarding journey into AsiaNext, conduct onboarding screening check, schedule periodic customer due diligence review as well as trigger review on positive alert hit from daily AML sanction and database screening.

The successful candidate is also expected to provide operational, client servicing and account management support to member’s queries relating to their trades or transactions on AsiaNext platform.

In addition, the successful candidate is expected to execute onboarding and other operations tasks in line with documented standard operation procedure.

Responsibilites

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following list and may vary during your employment based on the needs of the business, as determined by the Head of Operations:

• Work with other departments (e.g. Commercial, Compliance, Technology and Risk) to ensure a smooth onboarding journey for new members with proper account setup for trading connectivity after account opening approval.
• Update the operating standard operating procedure to align with new processes and workflow changes in collaboration with Compliance and approval from HOD.
• Support to cover other operations tasks as may be required from the Head of Department, including Market Surveillance, trading and custody operations.
• Support Members’s deposit and withdrawal request, and internal cash reconciliation with AsiaNext nostro banks.
• Functional and regression testing in non-production environments for new, enhancement upgrade or hot fix release, before actual deployment into production.
• Back up to support monitoring of the hourly settlement run schedule in the production environment, ifrequired.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in banking, business or finance.

Experience and Skill

• 3 to 5 years of working experience in AML screening in the banks / securities firms / fund management industry, preferably for corporate or institutional clients.
• Familiar with regulatory AML compliance guideline and procedures in Singapore
• Good stakeholder and people management skills.
• Versatile individual who is willing to support coverage for different ops tasks as needed at times.
• Keen interest to work, learn and grow in a fast-paced start-up environment.
