We are looking for a Digital Manager to join the EssenceMediacom team, in this role you manage Influencer & Amazon Marketing Strategy, focusing on optimizing performance, driving innovation, and enhancing brand visibility through data-driven decisions and creative marketing approaches for cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Influencer Expert:

• Develop and strategize influencer marketing approach for the brand
• Analyse Influencer data to align with business goals and propose actionable interventions
• Identify top competitors and analyse their unique strategies; prepare a comprehensive analysis report.
• Identify competitive and landscape content trends using available tools & map Influencer trends and recommend strategies
• Track key content points (KCPs) and recommend ideas
• Assist in developing content calendar ideas
• Collaborate with Brand POC to build the KOL plan for the month; share KOL insights and interventions
• Refine growth measurement for Influencer approach; understand and improve attribution metrics

Amazon Expert:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.

• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as sales, ROI, ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and customer acquisition cost.

• Mentor Interns and assist in leading a small-scale project (identify needs, formulate ideas into plan, set the scope and present to the Manager

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in managing multi market campaigns (globally / regionally)
