To manage a condominium’s daily operations and to carry out policies set by the condo management board such as;

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Material Specialist to manage our Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) library.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design industry, with an understanding of suppliers and materials relevant to FF&E.

Key Responsibilities

1. Library Management: Organize, catalog, and maintain the FF&E library, ensuring easy access to materials and resources.

Job Description:

• Ensure at all times that fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with;
• Supervise the maintenance of all fire safety works in the premises;

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, tailored to the F&B business.
• Conduct financial analysis to compare actual performance against budgeted figures, analyzing variances, and providing insights into cost management, sales performance, and profitability.
• Provide management with financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist in decision-making, strategic planning, and operational improvements.
