About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• To assist the Managing Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures
• To prepare feasibility studies for company prospective projects
• To review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group
• To coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting
• To manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits
• To lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management
• To oversee the costing function for the Built Industries activities in Singapore
• To supervise local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities
• To perform any other tasks as the need arises
• To lead the Company Admin, Finance and HR Departments
• To assist the Group in debt and fund raising when required
