Job Description: -

• Design Applications together with relevant IT and other teams that will meet business requirements and timelines and in accordance to relevant IT policies & frameworks
• Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems
• Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented
• Understand business processes & define the business requirements in the form of use cases / user stories to ensure that the Applications developed are in compliance with business goals and user requirements.
• Oversee the development of solutions and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.

Duties

• Oversee, supervise, and assess the quality of work performed by team members and vendors. Ensure routine maintenance and services meet contractual requirements.
• Conduct regular building inspections, monitor the condition of M&E systems, follow up on rectifications, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Prepare management reports, review contracts, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Lead a team of experienced executives in managing building operations and facilities, including outsourced services such as M&E systems, cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control.
• Prepare, call, evaluate, and manage tenders and quotations for maintenance, repair, and service projects. Provide advice on selecting vendors and oversee the tender awarding process.
• Implement sustainable initiatives in line with Green Mark standards. Conduct fire evacuation drills, tabletop exercises, and CERT training to comply with SCDF regulations.
• Manage operational and capital expenditure budgets, liaise with authorities for licensing, maintain records, and build strong relationships with tenants to address tenancy matters and feedback.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Building Management, or equivalent
• With at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Experienced in managing a commercial building
