Income is looking for someone with a passion for data and marketing technology.
Your focus will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and develop highly targeted and personalised marketing strategies and campaigns using our suite of marketing technology platforms.
This role requires someone who can leverage data for audience segmentation and campaign optimization across Income’s digital channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations, familiarity with marketing technology tools/platforms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development and Execution:
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns on marketing automation platforms across digital channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and web personalization).
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external tech agencies to configure and launch campaigns.
2. Customer Journey Management:
· Develop and optimize customer journeys using marketing automation platforms - experience with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar.
· Perform audience segmentation using customer data platforms like Tealium .
3. Data Management and Audience Segmentation:
· Leverage SQL and data platforms to create accurate audience segments.
· Ensure all campaign activities comply with data protection regulations.
4. Analytics and Performance Tracking:
· Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
· Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Work with agency partners to monitor and optimise data and campaign performance on our marketing technology platforms
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
· Work closely with data, acquisition, and platform teams to brainstorm and implement marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue.
· Consult with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
· Collaborate and manage marketing agency to ensure quality and timely delivery of campaign builds.
Tools and Platforms:
- Marketing Automation: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar platforms.
- Customer Data Platform (CDP):Tealium, mParticle or similar tools.
- Web Analytics: Google Analytics or equivalent.
- Data Tools: SQL and other relevant tools for data segmentation and reporting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timely execution and configuration of marketing campaigns.
- Accuracy in audience segmentation, content and data compliance.
- Campaign performance metrics such as engagement rates, conversions, and delivery accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in information technology or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, martech, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt, with mentorship and training provided.

This team is in-charge of driving all digital revenues, strategize and implement all eCommerce platforms, MarTech and AdTech solutions to drive incremental revenue.
