Key Responsibilities:
- Global Market Strategy Formulation:
Develop and implement targeted digital media marketing strategies based on regional market characteristics to enhance brand awareness and market share. Focus on utilizing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and little red book for global promotion, particularly in Southeast Asia and other overseas markets.
- Cross-Cultural Communication and Collaboration:
Work closely with the supply chain team in Mainland China and Shanghai LOWA TECH Co., Ltd to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Gain a deep understanding of Chinese market trends and consumer demands, leveraging cross-cultural skills to facilitate seamless communication among all parties.
- Business Travel and Supplier Management:
Occasionally travel to various regions in China for business negotiations. Establish and maintain good relationships with Mainland suppliers to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with global marketing strategies.
- Social Media and Content Collaboration:
Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) on CHINA Mainland social media platforms (such as Weibo, WeChat, Douyin, and little red book ) to promote brands and products. Develop social media marketing strategies tailored to the Mainland market to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Data Analysis and Optimization:
Use data analysis tools such as Power BI to monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities across platforms. Adjust strategies based on data feedback to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Creative Design and Visual Presentation:
Proficiently use design software such as Photoshop (PS) and Illustrator (AI). Create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials to attract different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum a degree in Mass Communication / Advertising / Marketing
- Cultural Insight and Cross-Cultural Communication: Have a deep understanding of Chinese culture and be proficient in cross-cultural communication, able to seamlessly integrate and collaborate with Mainland supply chain teams and international teams.
- Extensive Digital Media Marketing Experience: Have significant achievements in digital media marketing, demonstrating the ability to enhance brand influence using various digital tools and platforms, including Facebook、Instagram、TikTok and little red book .
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Possess excellent data analysis skills and be able to formulate precise, data-based market strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
- Design Proficiency: Have high-level skills in design software and be able to independently create high-quality, creative marketing materials that attract and convert target audiences.
- Fluent English Communication: In addition to fluent Chinese, possess excellent English communication skills to facilitate seamless collaboration with international teams and stakeholders, ensuring coherence in global marketing efforts.
