The Senior Executive, Data & Digital Projects will undertake data analytics and audience research, optimizing CRM tools such as marketing automation to deepen audience engagement and facilitating data integration, as well as being a key member of the project team for future digital technology initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Integration and Analytics

• Manage vendors in the data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and consistent data across all marketing systems.
• Help to oversee data hygiene by defining standards, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with external vendors to execute data cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Generate project-based reports using data analytics skills and qualitative research, to inform planning.
