Job Summary:

The Electrical Controls Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various electrical machines.

The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department of National University of Singapore (NUS) is looking for applicants for research engineer positions to support 3D-IC package fault localisation and failure analysis (FA) techniques with ANSYS High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS).
