Job Responsibilities

1. A Project Manager in construction oversees and manages construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing project plans, timelines, and schedules, coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
2. Budget Management: Preparing and managing the project budget, including estimating costs, securing funding, and controlling expenses.
