Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and Design Gamified Labeling Platform:

- Shape engagement between labellers and the business by leveraging gaming/gamification experience to build an engaging platform that will enhance user motivation and productivity.

- Use predictive models to identify designs and features that will motivate and incentivize users.

2. Experimental Design:

- Systematically plan experiments, ensuring that data collected can be analyzed to draw valid and objective conclusions on newly developed features.

- Utilize A/B testing and other experimental methods to evaluate the impact of gamification features.

3. Engagement Metrics:

- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of KPIs related to user engagement and gamification efficacy, ensuring continuous improvement.

- Observe user behavior data and iterate on gamification features based on analyzed insights to enhance engagement.

4. Game Development & Programming Leadership:

- Provide technical leadership in the development and implementation of gamification features, drawing on your experience as a game programmer.

- Innovate and push the boundaries of gamified solutions, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure the seamless integration of gamification features.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering Graphic Design or a related field;

2. Proven experience in product management roles within the gaming or gamification industry;

3. Experience leading end-to-end product development, from conceptualization to rollout;

4. Strong background in implementing and iterating on product features based on user feedback and data analysis.

Preferred:

1. Familiarity with statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus;

2. Proficiency in using product management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana);

3. Understanding of game mechanics and user engagement metrics;

4. Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights;

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
• Manage client relationships, focusing on loans including Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, and Land & Construction, as well as Hire Purchase agreements.
• Assess client financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products and solutions.
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with risk policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on loans.
• Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong network in Singapore’s financial market.
• In-depth knowledge of loan products such as Commercial Property, Equipment and Machinery, Vehicle, Land & Construction, and Hire Purchase is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
