The Role

Custody Operations Manager is responsible for managing the custody framework to safeguard funds maintained in the Trust account on behalf of investors. The incumbent submits custody reports to senior management for management oversight, and ensures the custody processes comply with the regulations and the Group policies and procedures. This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Managing the custody framework for complying with regulatory, policy standards and procedures
• Perform regular reviews of the custody services and systems
• Escalate any potential issues to the senior management
• Monitor the safekeeping and movement of customers’ monies in Trust account
• Ensures timely reconciliation of the funds in the Trust account
• Process funds withdrawn from Trust account based on investors’ authorisation

• Stay up to date with industry best practice and compliance requirements

As Enterprise Support BDM, you will be part of the Enterprise Support organization. You will support the Premium Support strategy and own driving the go-to-market (GTM) efforts for Support, with the objective to increase adoption for paid support offerings amongst Enterprise customers while maintaining target margin performance, and using Support to accelerate AWS platform adoption for the customers. You will engage our customers to understand why they need Enterprise Support (or why not), what are the pain points and obstacles in their current support offering. You will identify areas for sharpening our Support proposition (e.g. a differentiated offering, value and return on investment vs price) and design and execute controlled experiments driving commercial innovation. You will quantify the impact of Support in driving AWS platform adoption, estimate the ROI, and design and execute initiatives to help accelerate our customer cloud adoption journey. You will enable the sales team to drive the day-to-day interactions with prospects, selling the Support value proposition, in order to build long-term business opportunity. You will engage partners to develop and pilot new Support offerings via the partner ecosystem.

What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to operate, manage and optimize our ecosystem partner marketing programs, with a focus on Airwallex’s global affiliate program. In this role, you will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by building and nurturing relationships with ecosystem partners, including but not limited to affiliate partners, individual referrers and content creators.
