RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Digital Communications Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Digital Strategy Development and Execution

• Develop and implement a cohesive digital communications strategy aligned with GyroGear’s mission, vision, and growth goals.
• Create and manage digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support online sales initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Manager to align communications and marketing strategies with e-commerce goals.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven initiatives.

2. Public Relations and Media Outreach

• Write and distribute impactful press releases to highlight milestones, partnerships, and new developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to amplify GyroGear’s story.
• Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses.
• Stay ahead of media trends to position GyroGear effectively within the healthcare and technology sectors.

3. Content Creation and Collaboration

4. Social Media and Online Presence

• Manage GyroGear’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring timely, impactful, and sales-aligned posts.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Engage with online communities to build relationships and foster advocacy.

5. Analytics and Reporting

• Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for digital and PR campaigns, including media reach, conversions, and engagement rates.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.

6. Stakeholder and Team Collaboration

• Partner with the Online Sales Manager to create synergy between digital communications and e-commerce efforts.
• Liaise with external partners, including PR agencies and content creators, for flawless campaign execution.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Transactions Manager to join our Global Transactions Team. This role will be a primary POC between cross functional internal teams and internal/external legal counsel, brokers, consultants, etc. The individual will be responsible for leading regional transactions with support from brokerage teams, as well as working closely with internal stakeholders to solve issues and answer questions related to the leased and owned portfolio. Responsibilities

• Referral Generation: Secure referrals from private bankers to UHNW individuals and families who would benefit from our insurance and financial services offerings.
• Client Relationship Management: Build rapport with UHNW clients and manage relationships to provide a seamless experience from introduction through to solution delivery.
• Solution Offering: Assess the financial needs of UHNW clients and deliver personalized insurance and wealth management solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends in the UHNW market and financial services to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Work closely with internal teams to develop sales strategies, track performance, and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Networking: Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to build and maintain a network of potential clients and referral sources.
• Targets: Consistently hitting & exceeding net revenue targets
• Compliance: Fulfill full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements & internal compliance policies
• Documentation: Submit all business documentation (especially for new business) timely & accurately

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• At least 3 years experience in Insurance banking industry, doing wealth planning / sales / relationship management
• Proven experience selling within financial services or insurance industry, with UHNW clients.
• Established relationships with private bankers, wealth managers, and other financial professionals.
• Track record managing multi-million dollar portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of insurance and financial products tailored to UHNW clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - with strong proficiency in English & Mandarin.
• Ability to independently drive business development & manage a sales pipeline.
• Demonstrated success in generating referrals and meeting sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Job Description

This role will be based in either SS&C’s Singapore or Hong Kong office.

The APAC TA Business Operations Support team is responsible for providing operations support services to the Transfer Agency Operations team servicing SS&C’s valued clients. This covers a range of operational support functions including configuration of TA applications for new client onboardings, first level production support issues, operational BAU support and supporting client driven small scale projects.

The role focuses on a range of products with the portfolio consisting of:

• A core Unit Registry platform
• Surrounding products of the Unit Registry platform that forms the ecosystem of application connectivity
• An enterprise digital platform for advisors and investors for Transfer Agency activities

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a team across multiple geographical locations and develop a highly effective team
• Versatile in managing support teams across different APAC locations to guide and train on TA processes
• Establish good working relations with APAC TA Business Operations and work closely to support Operations BAU, new businesses and initiatives
• Develop and motivate the team to drive performance efficiency and manage conflicts
• Communicate effectively with internal technology support teams and external TA vendors to resolve system issues and maintain service level standards
• Support new client onboarding by engaging all stakeholders to achieve end to end implementation
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes and practices to mitigate risks
• Ability to apply critical and analytical thought process to resolve production issues efficiently
• Perform business and project analysis to ensure accurate and thorough understanding of requirements and risks
• Lead and participate actively in client specific and regional project implementations and change requests
• Produce technical and business documentation for system enhancements and development
• Willing and able to travel within the region as required

Qualifications & Prior knowledge:

• Experience in a related role within the financial services industry.
• Preferably 8-10 years of experience in Transfer Agency
• Extensive knowledge of Transfer Agency services, systems and operations
