Our Business Support Management (BSM) team of JP Morgan is tasked with a variety of business administration and control responsibilities and provides general support of day to day business functions. We are a function within Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Finance & Business Management organization.

As a Business Change Manager within Business Support Management, you will be responsible for administrative and control-focused support to our CIB business. You will collaborate with people across all levels and multiple lines of business to execute deliverables e.g., Business Managers, CIB BSM global counterparts, and Internal Business Partners such as Business Control, Compliance, Human Resources, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage on/off boarding process e.g., verification checks, provision of technology and management of technology accesses including hardware, applications, market data for joiners and leavers

• Handle ad-hoc requests from business related to technology, real estate, resource allocation etc. Plan and oversee ad-hoc projects from execution through completion. Respond to audit and compliance queries

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in Investment Banking

About the team

Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy optimization of Big Language Model, responsible for data quality and model effect, and working with multiple teams such as evaluation and R & D to improve model effect.
