A. Main Responsibilities

The duties & responsibilities are mainly classified into the below categories: -

1.Administrative works

· Project Cost Estimation.

· Responsible for Attaining Final Account and Collections.

· Track and Control Cost against Project Budget to Avoid Cost Overruns.

2.Site Management for overall

· Schedule Planning.

· Mobilization of Works & Equipments.

· Co-ordination and Oversees all Works.

· Control and Co-ordinate Subcontractors.

· Site Progress Monitoring.

· Liaison with Client’s Representative, authorities and Consultants.

· Assist Quantity Surveyor in Measuring Works Done.

• Supports and challenges the top management of Asian markets through the strategic planning and reviewing process
• Supports on the planning and execution of strategic projects
• Supports on Food services distribution (FSD) related M&A projects with providing expert knowledge to a commercial assessment of the underlying target company and an indication on the synergy potential (e.g., purchasing, assortment, logistics and customers).
• Supports the integration of acquired Food services distribution companies into parent company along functional interfaces and supports the realization of synergies based on the value creation plan
• Delivers a monitoring of the general business performance, a tracking of the Strategy Plans and seeks for optimization levers for Asian markets
• Supports in the financial steering of the Asian markets
• Designs a comprehensive operational KPI benchmarking across all Asian markets to enable a sound business steering
• Supports on the knowledge and best practice sharing within the FSD portfolio but also with HQ's FSD businesses
• Establishes and manages interfaces between Asian markets to HQ Corporate Functions and to other FSD companies
• Prepares and accompanies the top management of Asian markets for Investment Committee meetings.
