We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software and Applications manager with a keen interest in the payment industry and IT software. As a Software and Applications manager, you will have the opportunity to design and oversee the architecture of payment technologies in a cloud-native environment, gaining valuable insights and experience within our innovative team.

Agile and proactive, you will contribute to the conception of cloud-native infrastructures, based on containers and microservices, and bring expertise on tools (Kubernetes, Kafka, OpenSearch, …) and integrations (API architecture, event-based architecture...).

Within the market team, you will closely work with HPS customers and contribute to the implementation of PowerCARD product in several environments: on premises, PaaS (OpenShift), Cloud (AWS)… in a complete devops environment (CI/CD).

Responsibilities

1. Design and implement scalable system architectures focused on IT software solutions.

3. Support for the Devops & Cloud Market roadmap, being a promoter for internal technical & devops culture.

Requirements:

Scope of work:

The Pest Control Manager oversees pest management operations. He/She may manage multiple sites or projects concurrently and is able to manage resources effectively. He establishes operational standards and procedures for the organisation and drives the adoption of technologies for enhancing productivity and effectiveness of pest management operations. He is also involved in business development activities, including the development of proposals for getting new contracts, launch of new products and the development of marketing collaterals to grow the organisation's brand.

• Collaborate with other departments to advance the organization's strategic objectives and growth.
• Set up project teams to initiate, review and implement corporate initiatives sponsored and monitored by the Director.
• Work closely with the CEO to monitor and evaluate the progress of various business projects and initiatives.
• Assist the CFO to maintain, review, and implement financial and accounting policies, ensuring alignment with company policies and governance standards.
• Align corporate activities with financial strategies and compliance requirements.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or any quantitative fields preferred in reputable universities.
• Should have at least 2 years of managerial &/or senior coordinator experience in relevant industries like medical aesthetics, healthcare or wellness.
• Excellent in communication with seniors, peers, team members as well as customers and external parties.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese will be required as the role requires liaison with our Chinese counterparts.
• Ability to solve problems or recommend solutions to decision makers using analytical approach and quantitative analysis.
• Proven ability in creating results through conducting weekly meetings and initiating ad-hoc meetings.
• Strong in presentation skills both to the directors and to frontline staff during weekly meetings.
• Proficient in using flow charting, tables, charting and PowerPoint to present ideas to assist directors and communicate analysis and recommendations to decision makers.
• Savvy with digital and IT tools. Prior experience with Google workspace, Google doc / Gsheet, 365 Ms word, excel, GenAi will be an advantage.
• Pleasant personality, energetic, demonstrated maturity, integrity, results-oriented and being able to work independently as well as being an effective team player.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to think strategically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
