40% Accounting for all legal entities of the organization (active and dormant)

• Ensure compliance to government requirements
• Management of Full Accounts - Account Payable, Account Receivable, OPEX, P&L, Balance Sheet

30% Finance & Controlling

• Provision of management reports on performance, pricing, margins and business development
• Escalate finance-related matters issues to board and line managers

20% Operational Supervision

• Daily operations in regards to project profitability and expenses
• Preparation and documentation of Finance-related topics in Board Meetings
• Monitor legal calendar
• Collection activity to be much more and more time to be spent on AR collection
• Communication to partners for delay in payment on a regular basis
• Quick response to VIP clients i.e. Sirva and BGRS
• Open AR/AP recon - QBO Vs. GMS

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the Event industry is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Applicant must at least have more than 2 years of stage performing

2. Recruit performing artiste and singers when needed

3. Participate in all stage performances

4. To train & guide the stage crew to improve on their performances

5. In charge to schedule and selection of performing artiste for specfic event's performances

6. Coordinate & attend all training & rehearsal

7. Source for necessary accessories and props for all performances.

· Deputise in the absence of the Managers

· Supervise a team of service crew to ensure the restaurant smooth operation

· Handle cashiering duties and to do banking duties

· Conduct interview for new hires

· Guide and train new / existing Service Crew

· Constantly motivate and cultivate a team spirit

· Maintain utmost service standards and discipline / grooming among the service staff

· Assist in crews’ performance appraisals and confirmation

· Conduct daily check list

· Constantly obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction

· Attend to customer complaints (if any)

· Assist Restaurant Manager to monitor labour and F&B costing matters, including bi-monthly stock take

· Adhere to Company’s standard operating procedures
