• Coordinates with Drivers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service to all residents.

We are now searching for a highly-skilled Project Executive to run projects, contribute to Synergraphic’s growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative authority. The ideal candidate will have technical experience in the Building Materials trade as well as strong organisational and communication skills to deliver on our projects.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Overseeing projects from beginning to end
• Managing the budget and estimate costs
• Handling all preliminaries such as site inspection, measurements, and all other necessary prelim groundwork, sample submission, technical drawings and calculations.
• Sourcing for suppliers and materials to get the best quotes for purpose of submission and cost control
• Recording all correspondence/paperwork properly and thoroughly for all projects under your charge.
• Preparing documents and materials including samples for submission and presentation to and approval by client
• Liaise closely with internal Sales, Design, Contract and Production and Installation departments to deliver all tasks stated
• Upon confirmation of project, to liaise and co-ordinate with relevant parties including owners, architects, suppliers, designers, engineers, main and sub-contractors, our own site and factory personnel for work progress and timely deliveries.
• Resolve any problems that may arise
• Be available at all times for urgent calls and attendance required at site.
• Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Technical Skills

• Diploma in any Engineering discipline, Construction Management, related discipline in QS or certification in project management
• At least 20 years of relevant experience in Building Materials/Construction Industry
• Use of all relevant Microsoft software
• Able to read technical drawings and oversee production of drawings

Project management - ensuring project is executed according to contractural conditions within schedule and budget allocations.
Reports to the Managing Director and Senior Project Manager.
Responsible for the coordination and interface with clients, consultants and sub contractors for timely execution of all project activities.
Prepare master programme.
Delegare and assign duties to site staff under his/her charge
Control the use of site resources and overall project costs on site.
Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risks.
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Min 3 years relevant construction field experience in Singapore
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Able to work within tight schedules and fast turn-around times.
Have a good interpersonal communication and people management skills.
Proficient in MS Project and strong knowledge in project management.

Duties:

Responsible in running the operations of the café. Responsible for opening and closing of café. Lead the entire F&B team, Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures. Coaching and training of service staff. Maintain high level of service standard and cleanliness of café. Comply with all health and safety regulations. Building strong rapport with guests. Handle guest feedback/complaints. Handling of staff roster and schedule.
