What the role is

The Pathway Manager (PWM) has a critical role within Fencing Singapore (FS) and is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive athlete pathway programme. In addition, the PWM will assist the General Manager (GM) in coordinating coaching, refereeing and technical official development through education and certification initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pathway Development and Implementation

a. Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of FS National Pathways across all weapons, genders, age groups, and participation* levels.

b. Develop a structured athlete pathway, outlining stages of development, key milestones, and transition criteria.
