Job Description

Leadership

• Part of SG group management team
• Oversee, manage departments related to key activities associated with the role

Engineering

• Accountable for maintenance and upkeep of all fleet vessels - owned and operated by SG group, including sourcing of spares and parts

Havas Singapore is looking for an IT Manager, who will be responsible for managing all resources and activities related with IT Infrastructure to support our business and office in Singapore.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Ensure IT Infrastructure resources are available to the business, according to SLA agreed with the business side.
• Lead local IT team to perform and manage IT operation at its best on daily basis.
• Provide user support through IT helpdesk management and ticketing system, define proper prioritization and monitor issue handling and troubleshooting KPI.
• Act as local Information Security Officer to adhere to ISO27001:2022 certification requirements.

Your Day to Day
