This position reports to the Director and interfaces with a team of architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients. As a Project Manager, the trainee will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing interior design and construction projects from conception to completion. With a focus on delivering exceptional design solutions and ensuring timely project delivery, his expertise and leadership will drive successful outcomes and client satisfaction. Effective communication, budget management, and coordination of project teams will be essential to your success in this dynamic and rewarding role at Divine Space Construction.

Individual to be involved in:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, to ensure successful execution of interior design and construction projects.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand project requirements, address concerns, and provide project updates.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and contractors to coordinate project activities, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to project milestones.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, track costs, and maintain financial records to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship and design excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and execution, with a track record of successfully managing interior design and construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with architectural and interior design principles, construction methodologies, and building materials, enabling effective coordination with design teams and contractors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective communication with clients, project teams, and stakeholders at all project stages.

1. Manage and run the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring that sales targets and service standards are met.

2.Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales and customer satisfaction.

3.Manage operational costs and requisite stocks/items required by the restaurant.

4. Assess and improve resturant profitability.

Role Overview

The Branch Manager (BM) is responsible for maximizing the satisfaction of the clients and their working environment in order to achieve all the objectives set. BM is also responsible for managing and controlling the operations of all departments within Yunomori Onsen Retreat & Spa in order to achieve the goals and policies set by the Board of Directors. As well as being a coordinator between the various parties within the Spa to be able to operate smoothly and consistent ready to work in a stressful state.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance

• Prepare financial forecasts and manage profit and loss.
• Oversee inventory control, cost management, and service quality.
• Analyze financial reports for business performance.

2. Customer Service

• Monitor customer satisfaction and address complaints.
• Develop policies to uphold service standards and maintain a loyal customer base.

3. Sales & Marketing

• Collaborate on marketing strategies to enhance the brand image.
• Track industry trends and improve promotional tools to boost sales.
• Ensure corporate identity is consistently represented.

4. Human Resources

• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
• Foster a positive work environment with career development programs.
• Implement training programs, performance incentives and disciplinary measures.

5. Operations

• Optimize productivity and maintain high-quality service standards.
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and departmental management.
• Conduct regular meetings, maintain service manuals and enforce company policies.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and inventory compliance.

6. Maintenance

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities and equipment.
• Manage maintenance budgets, liaise with contractors, and resolve facility issues.
• Develop maintenance logs and address systemic issues with long-term solutions.

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
• Supervises: Front Desk, Onsen Service, F&B, Spa, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, Marketing, and Accounting teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in Spa management / Hospitality / Wellness operations.
• Proven track record in team leadership, customer service, and business growth.
• Optional: Certification or diploma in Spa management / Hospitality / Wellness.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in wellness and spa services.
