Handle and manage timely delivery of scheduled items/goods to customers.
Ensure the maintenance of company vehicle, to be in good working conditions
Responsible to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the company vehicle
Carry out spare parts order processes.
Picking and binning of spare parts & proper storage of engines / machines.
Ensure and check the quality of all incoming engines, spare parts, alternators, components received from vendors with the proper documentation for GRN purposes.
Report defects, shortages, discrepancies to superior and submit the necessary warranty claim process accordingly.
Ensure the correctness of quantity and quality of all outgoing orders.
Ensure parts orders are processed correctly in a timely manner.
Tracking of sales order, parts movement and update sales personnel on backlogs and/or addressing expired sales orders.
Carry out the process of returned goods from customers and submit the returned goods form for further corrective actions.
Ensure and maintain the warehouse cleanliness at all times.
Report to superior on the security aspect of the warehouse including but not limited to parts storage, fire hazards, and personnel safety.
Carry out regular cycle count and annual stock taking activities.
Work together with superior to plan inventory for spare parts stock level, and make recommendation for parts obsolescence program, provision and write off.
Ensure and carry out duties with proper PPE, personal behaviour, workplace safety, work performances, and individual cleanliness.
Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required by the Management
REQUIREMENTS
Must possess Class 3 /4 driving licenses and forklift operator licenses.

Perform loading and unloading of cargoes whilst checking conditions of cargoes and reporting any damages or discrepancy to the immediate supervisor
Ensure that cargoes are secured and properly protected during delivery
Review orders before delivery, obtain endorsement of delivery from customers and to accept cash on delivery whenever applicable to ensure that orders are complete
Submit delivery orders and cash collected to transport coordinator and/or authorised personnel in the absence of the transport coordinator
Prompt communication of delay in fulfilment of orders and accidents to the transport coordinator
Check availability and ensure replenishment of stretch film, pallet jack and trolley before delivery
Upkeeping the cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned truck
Inspect assigned truck periodically and report any abnormalities or mechanical failures to the transport administrator to arrange for repair and servicing
Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador; and provide excellent customer service in every interaction with clients and the public
Comply with company regulations and rules at all times
Perform general works and/or other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and/or authorized personnel
QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a valid Class 4 driving licence
